Catherine & Matthew’s Wedding – Diamant Estate | January 2025
Set against the golden slopes of Paarl, Catherine and Matthew’s wedding was a Tuscan-inspired celebration of love under open skies. Every moment unfolded outdoors – from the heartfelt ceremony to an alfresco-style dinner where guests dined beneath the fading sun, watching as the sky melted into soft pastels above the valley. The styling drew from nature’s quiet elegance: a gentle palette of creamy whites, layered greens, and earthy neutrals formed a canvas of understated beauty. Wildflower-inspired florals added texture and movement – their whimsical, untamed forms bringing an effortless romance to the space.
As the evening light shifted, the scene transformed into something almost dreamlike. The soft rustle of the breeze, the warm glow of candlelight, and the hum of celebration created an atmosphere that felt both grounded and ethereal – an unforgettable gathering of love, warmth, and timeless charm.

Standard Bank – Nasdak | January 2025
A celebration of vibrant abundance — this cocktail-style event brought together the lush richness of tropical fruit and the expressive beauty of bold florals in a symphony of colour and texture.
Set against a canvas of natural textures and earthy-toned furniture, the space offered a grounded sense of calm, allowing the vibrant sculptural arrangements to take centre stage. Pops of vivid colour — from juicy citrus tones to deep magentas and fiery corals — danced across the venue through floral and fruit installations, adding bursts of energy and delight at every turn.
The tactile contrast between organic materials and the luscious visual language of the styling created an immersive sensory experience — one that felt fresh, unexpected, and joyfully abundant.

Zeitz MOCAA Gala Dinner – Zeitz MOCAA Ocular | February 2025
It was a true honour to be part of the annual Gala Dinner at Zeitz MOCAA – a space that’s as much a work of art as the collections it holds. For one unforgettable evening, the museum was transformed into a sensory journey that surprised, inspired, and immersed. Guests arrived beneath a dramatic ombré arch and were invited into a world where creativity moved freely – from a bold photo moment alive with colour and contrast, to the striking textures that played against the raw beauty of the concrete space.
Inside the Ocular Lounge, the evening unfolded into a lush floral dreamscape – moody yet vibrant. Sculptural arrangements rose from tables, surrounded by a rich palette of brown, maroon, orange, and gold, offset with teal and black. Thoughtful lighting sculpted the atmosphere, casting dynamic shadows and glows that brought warmth and refinement. Every detail – from florals to finishes – was intentionally chosen to reflect the museum’s deep connection to art, culture, and design.

Shades of rich red filled the space, balanced by touches of deep black. The combination created a powerful, elegant mood from the moment guests arrived. Flowing drapes hung from the ceiling, adding movement and a sense of drama that brought the entire room to life.
Soft lighting played across velvet textures and gentle shadows, creating a warm, inviting glow. Every element was carefully chosen to create an experience that was both striking and sophisticated.

ABSA Bonds Loans Dinner – Zeitz MOCCA Ocular | March 2025
This unforgettable evening took place on the rooftop of Zeitz MOCAA, where guests enjoyed breathtaking views of Cape Town’s skyline and the iconic Table Mountain. As the sun set, the atmosphere became warm, elegant, and full of anticipation.
Guests then moved into the main venue, where a beautifully styled space welcomed them. A calm, classic palette of cream and soft greys set the tone – timeless and refined. Pops of fiery red were layered throughout, adding energy, contrast, and a touch of drama.
The mix of soft tones and bold colour created a space that felt both elegant and alive. With every detail considered – from texture to lighting – the event celebrated the perfect balance of art, design, and storytelling.
It was a night of bold simplicity and thoughtful beauty – a true celebration of style and setting.

Edwina & Will’s Wedding – Boschendal | April 2025
Edwina and Will’s wedding was nothing short of idyllic – the sun shone gently overhead, with not a breath of wind to stir the serenity. Set against the timeless backdrop of Rhone Homestead, their celebration was intimate and full of old-world charm, where every detail felt considered and quietly romantic.
Guests were immersed in a setting where elegance met ease. The reception tables featured patterned linen that added soft character, while the florals brought the palette to life – charming, delicate blooms in a warm medley of tones, artfully arranged to echo the surrounding beauty. Pops of colour danced across the tables, creating a sense of gentle abundance without overwhelming the softness of the scene.

Styled Shoots — Our Chance to Play.
The entire concept began with the visual impact of the checkered flooring. Its bold and graphic design sparked the creative direction. The styling aimed for a dramatic and artistic feel, using dark tones, rich textures, and confident design choices. The look was meant to evoke emotion and depth.
At the heart of the setting — a fabric-draped statement wall that gave the space a theatrical, elegant backdrop. Lighting was carefully designed to enhance the scene, casting highlights and shadows, and spotlighting a towering floral installation.
To complete the vision, bridal gowns from RosaKaroo were integrated into the setup. Their soft and romantic design added a contrasting element to the bold scene, creating visual balance.
The look was a play on contrasts — between light and dark, soft and strong — and a celebration of artistic freedom and creative expression.
