Concept and styling is our full creative service, where the a|CREATE team develops the overall look and feel of your event and brings it to life. From the initial concept and selection of furniture, décor and styling elements to layout, placement and on-site styling, we take care of the creative details to ensure your event feels cohesive and considered.

If you’ve booked our Concept & Styling service, we take care of it for you. If a specific furniture or décor piece isn’t available within the a|CREATE collection, our team can source and hire it from one of our trusted external suppliers, ensuring everything forms part of one cohesive event concept.

Every event is different, so setup times will vary depending on the size, concept and styling requirements. Our team carefully plans each setup to ensure everything is ready on time, with final styling typically completed on the morning of your event.

Our stylist fee is calculated as a percentage of your total event hire and forms part of the overall service charges. This will be clearly outlined in your quotation, so you know exactly what is included.

We understand that accidents can happen. Any items that are lost, damaged or broken during your event will be assessed by our team and, where applicable, the replacement or repair cost will be charged to the client. Full details are outlined in our hire terms and conditions.
