From furniture and décor to florals, lighting and other styling elements, our team coordinates the relevant suppliers, timelines and logistics to ensure everything comes together seamlessly on the day.

Project Planning is charged as a percentage of the total event quotation, bringing both a|CREATE services and external supplier costs together. This fee covers the sourcing, coordination and management of all the different suppliers and styling elements required to bring your event concept to life.

No. Project Planning forms part of our broader Concept & Styling service and cannot be booked as a standalone service. It is designed to ensure all the suppliers, creative elements and logistics involved in your event concept are seamlessly coordinated by the a|CREATE team.

Project Planning gives you one central team to bring all the creative elements of your event together. Instead of managing multiple suppliers, quotations, timelines and logistics yourself, a|CREATE coordinates everything on your behalf — ensuring your furniture, décor, florals, lighting and other styling elements work together seamlessly from concept to execution.
