Stellar Event Space | September 2025
The new Stellar Event Space at Zevenwacht Wine Estate was the perfect place for creativity to shine. The styled shoot showed how lighting and design can shape emotion and mood. With careful styling and clear direction, the scene moved beautifully between architecture, landscape, and atmosphere. As the sun set, every detail came alive with purpose, forming one seamless and captivating visual story.
Design.
The a|CREATE Augmented team combined décor, florals, and lighting with precision. Each zone–lounge, table, and bar–was styled to feel connected. Natural textures softened the modern structure, while metallic accents added contrast. In addition, warm tones and layered lighting created visual depth. Every light was positioned to shape focus and highlight texture. This approach made illumination part of the overall design, not an afterthought.
Mood.
The lighting guided the mood throughout the shoot. Early light introduced calm elegance, while sunset tones built warmth. Later, the glow deepened into an intimate and romantic atmosphere. The African Chic lighting, with woven pendants, added cultural texture and authenticity. Moreover, shadows and highlights worked together to form balance and depth. The result was a space that felt both grounded and dreamlike.
Execution.
Every scene was executed with care and precision. The team tested light intensity and angle for perfect harmony. They layered illumination to enhance colour, floral detail, and movement. As a result, each vignette flowed naturally from one mood to another. Collaboration between stylists, florists, and photographers ensured a unified vision. Together, they showed how lighting transforms design into emotion.
